Howard Spector
President
Howie Flagler
Vice-President, Sales & Marketing

Howard Spector is the second generation of the Spector family and serves as the company’s President.  Howard has been instrumental in the growth and development of the company designing new production and manufacturing processes as well as new product development.


Many of the new product designs initiated by Howard are now the standard in the industry.  For more than 30 years, the company has seen successive growth into new markets and the diverse nature of the products offered has help keep the company current in turbulent economic times

Howard holds a Bachelors Degree in business management from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.  Mr. Spector serves on the Board of Directors of Congregation Beth Israel of the Merrimack Valley, Andover, MA

Howard enjoys biking, skiing and outdoor sports.  He has participated in the PAN MASS challenge for more than 10 years

Howie Flagler joined the company in 2007 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.  Howie has extensive experience in sales and marketing, serving in key executive roles in non-profit management, health care and retail sales representation.  Howie has helped to identify new markets and has been successful in the placement of the company’s product line in new areas of distribution.  Innovative sales and marketing campaigns have helped to expand the product lines for Spector Textile Products.


Howie Flagler holds a Master Degree from Yeshiva University of New York, NY and a Bachelors Degree from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, MA.  Howie has been published in several trade magazines and is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

Mr. Flagler serves on the Board of Directors of the Merrimack Valley Workforce Investment Board, The Youth Commission of the Merrimack Valley Workforce Investment Board; Greater Lawrence Technical School Advisory Board and is the Immediate Past President and member of the Board of Directors of Congregation Beth Israel of the Merrimack Valley.  Mr. Flagler enjoys skiing, hiking, water sports and restoring vintage automobiles.
